At AJ’s Total Truck Gear we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return a product. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply regardless of any other term in this policy. Nothing here limits them.

1. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery at sales@ajtruck.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty or incorrect items.

Where a product has a manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you make a claim, or you may contact the manufacturer directly.

2. Change-of-mind returns

We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind. If you offer change-of-mind returns, the following conditions apply:

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear. 

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@ajtruck.com.au If the order has not yet gone into fabrication, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has gone into fabrication, Cancellation fees will apply.
